Payment

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Balances are due according to the agreed schedule

• Late payments may result in paused services

Your Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

• Respond to requests in a timely manner

• Provide access to necessary accounts and assets

• Review and approve materials when required

Delays caused by late responses or approvals are not our responsibility.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including your offer, market conditions, and how you handle leads we generate.

Past client results are not a promise of future performance.

Intellectual Property

Our materials. Frameworks, templates, strategies, and systems we create remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them for your business, not ownership.

Your materials. Content, branding, and assets you provide remain yours. You grant us permission to use them to deliver services.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential. We will not share your strategies, data, or details with competitors or the public without your permission.

We may use general, non-identifying results as case studies unless you opt out.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or revenue.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms in your service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the new terms.
